Cooking Instructions

*For a regular rice cooker:

  1. Gently rinse the rice with clean water to remove rice bran dust and any remaining impurities.
  2. Follow the general rule of a 1:1.5 ratio, meaning for every 1 cup of rice, you will need 1.5 cups of water. You can replace the water with vegetable broth or chicken broth to enhance the flavor.
  3. Add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt to make the rice more flavorful and delicious.

*For a pressure cooker:

  1. Follow the same cooking rules as for a regular rice cooker, but use a 1:1.2 rice-to-water ratio.
  2. Adjust the cooking time to between 25 and 30 minutes.

*Note: The water ratio can be adjusted according to personal taste.

You can add sesame salt or peanut salt to the rice when eating to maintain its natural sweetness and distinctive aroma of whole grain rice.

If you want to diversify your diet or replace brown rice while retaining (or even enhancing) the nutritional content, Organic Wild Rice – Exotic is an excellent choice. Unlike brown rice, wild rice is very soft and sticky when cooked, making your meals more enjoyable.

We value every grain of rice we produce and always provide consumers with clean, internationally certified safe food, with the goal of protecting human health while contributing to a greener environment.
