Cooking Instructions

*For a regular rice cooker:

  1. Gently rinse the rice with clean water to remove dust and any remaining impurities.
  2. Follow the general ratio of 1:1.5, meaning for every 1 cup of rice, you’ll need 1.5 cups of water. You can substitute water with vegetable or chicken broth for a richer flavor.
  3. Add a few drops of pure olive oil and a pinch of sea salt to enhance the taste of the rice.

*For a pressure cooker:

  1. Use the same method as for a regular rice cooker, but with a 1:1.2 rice-to-water ratio.
  2. Adjust the cooking time to between 25 and 30 minutes.

*Note: You can adjust the water ratio based on personal preference.

Adding sesame salt or soybean salt when serving can help retain the natural sweetness and distinctive aroma of the whole grain rice.

If you want to diversify your diet or replace brown rice while retaining (or even increasing) nutritional value, organic wild rice – Exotic is a great choice. Unlike brown rice, wild rice becomes very soft and chewy when cooked, making meals more enjoyable.

We value every grain of rice we produce and consistently provide consumers with clean, internationally certified safe food, committed to protecting human health and contributing to a greener environment.
